We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with SPaG Quest, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle (Merchant of Record for all SPaG Quest orders). To request a refund, visit paddle.net or email us at 11+SPAG@prasconsulting.co.uk and we'll process it as quickly as possible.

After the 30-day window

After the 30-day window, subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard — cancellation stops future renewals; any partial period remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
