1. About us

SPaG Quest ("we", "us", "our") is operated by PRAS Consulting Ltd, providing an online KS2 SPaG practice platform for UK Year 4 and Year 5 pupils. By using the service you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

For general enquiries or support, email 11+SPAG@prasconsulting.co.uk.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are intended for a parent or guardian of the pupil using the service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you must not: (a) use it unlawfully, (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe or scan our systems, (c) upload malware, (d) scrape or mass-download content, or (e) infringe intellectual property or the rights of others.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title and interest in the service, its software, question templates, branding and generated content templates. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your subscription.

6. Service level

We work hard to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.

7. Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns.

Payment terms, billing, tax and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Please also read our Refund Policy.

8. AI-generated content

Questions and explanations are generated with AI and may occasionally contain mistakes. They are for practice only and are not a substitute for teacher or parental judgement. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or serious/repeated policy violations.

10. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, where such limitation is not permitted by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the latest version on this page.
